Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Because Solvor products are custom-made, processing may include preparing your card, reviewing order details, and setting up the Solvor Link connected to your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other delays outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available shipping carriers. The carrier used may depend on your shipping method, location, and carrier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your selected shipping method. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@joinsolvor.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed, and we cannot make changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Issues

If you experience any shipping issues, such as delays, missing packages, or tracking problems, please contact us at hello@joinsolvor.com. We will do our best to help, but final delivery timing and carrier updates are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@joinsolvor.com with your order number and photos of any damage.

We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier when needed. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution at our discretion and as required by applicable law.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building, mailroom, or local carrier. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@joinsolvor.com and we will help review the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, delivery times, customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Solvor is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international carriers, or local delivery services.
