Return and Refund Policy

No Return Policy

Because Solvor products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental orders, or customer-provided content mistakes after the order has been placed.

Custom Content

Customers are responsible for making sure uploaded photos, messages, links, names, and other custom details are correct before checkout. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided content, including spelling mistakes, wrong photos, wrong links, or content the customer no longer wants to use after ordering.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@joinsolvor.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and work to resolve the problem.

If the issue is caused by our mistake, a defective item, shipping damage, or the wrong item being sent, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution at our discretion and as required by applicable law.

NFC and Digital Link Issues

If your Solvor card or Solvor Link is not working, please contact us at hello@joinsolvor.com so we can help troubleshoot the issue. NFC performance may depend on the phone, phone case, device settings, internet connection, and other factors outside of our control.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations can be made after checkout. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@joinsolvor.com.

Refunds

Since Solvor products are custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds after an order has been placed. However, if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if a refund is required by applicable law, we will review the issue and notify you if a refund or replacement is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have a right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable law. However, this right may not apply to custom-made or personalized products made to your specifications.
